Please contact us before sending anything back. Items should be unused, undamaged by the customer, and returned in protective packaging when a return is approved.
Handmade variations
Small variations in color, glaze, petal shape, surface texture, or handmade detail are normal for ceramic floral pieces. These natural differences are part of the handmade character and are not usually considered defects.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and help with a fair solution.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method when possible. Your bank, card provider, or payment service may need additional time to post the refund.
Non-returnable situations
Used items, items damaged after delivery, custom requests, and products returned without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
